HOW IT WORKS
Our artists spend 5min per portrait.
Once a 25% deposit is secured your booking is confirmed! Leading up to the wedding you will receive automated payment reminders for the remaining balance. The final instalment is due 2weeks before the event.
Guests are accomodated per guests booked.
The booked artist arrives 1 hour before the scheduled event for set-up and paints until all guests are accommodated.
The artist supplies all art materials excluding a table, table cloth and two/ three chairs.
Each artist has an assistant taking pictures of all your guests. This enables the artist to continue painting when the guests are occupied during the festivities.
Each portrait comes with a protective plastic sleeve.
Guests can pick up their finished portraits throughout the course of the event. All remaining portraits not collected will be left on the table set out.
